At Revel Therapeutics, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because therapeutic massage sessions are scheduled one client at a time, late cancellations and missed appointments impact our ability to serve other clients. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled the same day or missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. This fee must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, and the full service fee will still apply. Emergency Situations We understand unexpected situations happen. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate as soon as possible if something prevents you from attending your appointment.
